to make this server playable again
- remove stamina exhaust
- increase damage for reborns - currently it is not worth reborning more than once to get lost amulet + lost magearm/helm, since I can just bring another 0 reb maxlvl char and do the rest of the damage
bring back old damage system
1st reb 20%
2nd reb 40%
3rd reb 60%
4th reb 80%
give this damage to 4th reborn, dont forget they still have this -50% exp so its very hard to exp a 4th reborn character. it needs to be worth doing the last reborn because right now 4th and 3rd reborn is literally the same
and dont tell me 4th reborn has goblet with 2% extra mana/hp for survivability
