High ping on South America

When i ping the server using CMD i got 200 ping, but in game i have 300 ping with narvia.eu ip and narvia.net.

same for me first high ping ot that i have 350+ ping

Thanks, i tried tibiatunnel and my ping goes from 300 to 140
